We want you to love your SRG Mystery purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
